Im debating selling my '79 to get an RX8. The 79 just isnt a sound track car in its original state, and i cant bring myself to make the changes to this all stock car. So Im thinking of picking up an rx8, as its pretty new, to take to the track. the FD seems a little spendy for me, as the newest ones are more than a decade old and most are fiddled with.
so do I sell the rx7 or keep it and pay more insurance? I really do like the '7 as a commuter with character, but three cars is a lot for someone who is just out of college... (i have a 97 volvo turbo wagon for winters/hauling bikes)

 

No, give the SA to me, I will make it into a sound track car... And drive it myself.

Keep the SA and get a Rx8. Problem solved.

 

You won't get much if you sell the SA unless it is in great condition and low miles, i would keep it if you have space and money for it.

 

RX8 has no pop up lights don't buy it...

I'd keep the SA AND get an RX8. It didn't seem like it was an option so RX8 is the answer to your question but the SA rocks.

 

RX-8 is great, but spend enough time on this forum and you'll find most regret giving up their first gens.

 

If your SA is completely stock and in good condition, You WILL regret giving it up.

 

 

Ummm hello? Sell the Volvo duh! LOL Seriously, sell the volvo. The 8 will do fine in the winter and you can put a hitch on it and tow some bikes with it I'm sure. Am I the only one who demands pics of said SA?
