After a couple hours of dinking around with it this is what I think the fuel path is.

Please verify for me.

1) Fuel Pickup to Rubber Hose
2) Rubber Hose to Fuel Line
3) Fuel Line to Rubber Hose
4) Rubber Hose to Fuel Filter
5) Fuel Filter to Rubber Hose
6) Rubber Hose to Fuel Pump
7) Fuel Pump to Rubber Hose
8) Rubber Hose to Roll Over Valve
9) Roll Over Valve to Rubber Hose
10) Rubber Hose to Fuel Line
11) Fuel Line to Rubber Hose
12) Rubber Hose to Carburetor.

I never knew that Rube Goldberg was Japanese.

Now I have 3 other things to figure out.

1) Which thing coming out of the tank is the pick up?
2) What the other things coming out of the tank go to?
3) Does the hose from the vapor valve really go into the car's frame?

I hope someone can please help with these last items so I can mount the fuel tank.
