S1/2 Long Heater Hose Still Available?

I'm having some trouble tracking down the heater hose that runs from the engine to the heater core on the 1979-1982 cars. The one for 83-85 is easy to find, but my engine doesn't have the tee in the rear iron required for it to fit properly. Anyone happen have leads on part numbers or availability for the earlier hose?

The one that doesn't fit is N231-15-550, although I have yet to find a number for the correct one. Really would like to finally get rid of this bright red hose installed by the PO (photo below) while I'm going through and refreshing things - it's been bugging me for over six years now . Any help would be much appreciated.

The long hose currently available from Mazda is 8871-61-230. Should be about $40.

Crimeny, I saw that one but thought it didn't look right; guess I'm just crazy. Thanks for the diagram, numbers, and confirmation, Chris.

I've changed out a couple of them this year already. Been meaning to order a couple more.

The part that seems to fail on this hose is directly under the Oil Filter Pedestal. Consider replacing the 2 O-rings which mate the pedestal to the rear iron, and that prevents oil leaks from dripping down and onto your pretty new hose.

Awesome, good info thank you. Got one ordered although I unfortunately couldn't find it for around $40 - local dealers wanted either over $100 or $80 plus freight, but I found it from an online dealer for ~$74 shipped. Look forward to finally having the correct hose in there.
