After a few year stint as a Computer Science & Electrical Engineering student, I got bored...
So now I study Technical Theatre Design (lighting, sound, and scenery) and work as an independent computer consultant and an almost-full-time/full-time audio and lighting engineer for mostly national acts.

I'm working on the better portion of a decade in school, and applying to grad school now. Currently unemployed, but my car is in a garage that is mired with 5' snowbanks in front of the doors.

Be interesting to see what people have changed jobs from this four year old thread!
I teach undergrads how to operate a "small" nuclear reactor at a university. I also teach a basic Electronics class and supervise them while they work with radioactive materials. Someone has to!!

I am an ******* stretcher... I eventually work them to six feet or so.
What would I do with a 6 foot ******* you ask?
Give him a radar gun and a badge.
On a serious note, I am a union fitter/welder

23 year old long haul truck driver. I did it to pay for parts for my RX-7. Now I'm in debt up to my eyebrows because the first company I worked for didn't pay very well. I'm making good money, but paying off my debt, so it seems like I have even less money than I did before. Looking into a more lucrative job at the moment.
Im 21 here. I work part-time at Advance Autoparts. I am a full-time student for engineering. I dont have any free time, but that that I do, I spend with my two dogs, my fiance, and my rx7
I wouldnt have it any other way either, at this time.

I'm 21 here. I work for a company called Star Communications. We are a 3rd party dealer through all mobile carriers and we special in Blackberry Sales and Support. We deal with individual customers but mainly small/fortune 1000 businesses as well as a wide selection of celebrities and sport athletes.
22, I work two jobs, in retail and coffee, and am working on a degree in Int'l Studies. (Free clothes and coffee really cuts back on my expenses
). Though I'm taking a break from school till the fall.
