rim brand size and offset

Does anybody have any suggestions on the rims I should get for my 79 rx7, I am in the process of getting new rims but am having a hard time finding any good ones and figuring out what size and offset to get, I was thinking -12 offset so the wheels poke just outside of the wheel wells, but I'm not sure.

The "tried & true" aftermarket size is 15x7 w/20 ET (offset) in a 4x110 bolt pattern. Easy to find Panasports or Konig Rewinds in this size (vintage race wheel look) or ROTA usually offers a few styles in this size. Enkei used to make wheels for us but I think they've been discontinuing them due to lack of sales.

15x7w/20et wheels and 205/50-15R tires look like this..
