ha... it runs, but I won't be bringing it to zoomfest. I'll be there, but not with either of my 7's. The turbo vert just got an engine swap, and needs some issues taken care of like the leaking coolant system, no twin scroll (s4 NEEDS one with a FMIC), and it leans out REALLY bad at full boost, and knowing me, I'd blow it up because boost is to me as chocolate is to women.

I'm just unsure of the FB's reliability. I mean, it has a piece of allthread for a sway bar end link, so who knows what else is rigged up on this thing.

WU = Dover White. Not a big fan of white cars, which is why I want to paint it metallic black. Almost all my cars I've ever owned have been black, and I'm addicted to it, it's just that every little scratch or dirt shows up. That's why I want to do a metallic to hopefully hide some of that.

Well, I've decided to cut my losses on this one guys. I just got around to fooling with it again. Deployment, kids, working on the FC, etc.. it all takes time. I bought a fender from a local (thanks leknaw69) and when I went to go put it on, I had to chop more bird-**** welds to get the old fender off. I guess that since buying the car it's lost its starry-eyed appeal. I then started seeing a common theme here: Jury-rigs. Lots of them.

-Door welded on
-Sway bar link made from allthread
-More bondo than car
-SA fender on passengers side
-ZIP TIES hold the under-car cooling panel on.
-MASSIVE FRAME DAMAGE!!! AAAAHHHH!!!

Yep. I found it alright. Under the passenger fender is more signs of frame damage. As well as at the front of the car, and driver's side (obviously, where the mo-fugger welded the door on). The body's just junk.

I've got a couple avenues though. Part the car out, keep the engine/trans, scrap the rest, take the money and buy a rolling FB. OR, I could do the same, but buy a mazda pickup and make a repu!! (I like that one) I've seen alot of people selling fb rollers pretty cheap, but the nearest one I've found is in miami, and I'm not driving that damn far.

Oh well, let's look at a picture of my FC's engine bay for motivation, shall we?

She went from this:

To THIS!!

I can work wonders, but I know when I don't have anything to work with!!
