Does anyone know where to get a T Handle style hatchback handle/release? Mine has nothing but the edge lip to raise by. Should hatch lift up by lifts when released? How are you supposed to grab it (after opening it)?
John

It won't open by itself but if the shock struts of the hatch are good it should open without too much help ........

your rubber gasket is too flat.
It is the rubber seal that pushes the hatch up enough to get your fingers under it.
