Removing springs..
Hey guys I was wondering if some of you can give me a step by step procedure to remove the rear springs. I was going to take it down to my mechanic, but he wanted 300-400$ just to put in shocks/springs all around! I'm going to do the rear, and see how hard the front will be. I don't wrench that much on my car so I want someone who knows what their doing to help guide me through it.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Considering the work, thats not a bad price. Plus the cost of the springs. If you want to do it
yourself you may need more than basic tools depending on how hard it turns out to be to get
the various bolts and nuts undone. Best advice is to get the FSM (Foxed.ca) and look at the
work involved. If you think you can do it and have the tools, go for it. We can advise you if you
hit any snags. The rears are really easy, the fronts, you need at least a spring compressor and
its a bit more involved because you have to drop the steering knuckle and all the attaching bits
on the lower control arm to get the strut out to do it.
