HI Re-Speed questions

Hey guys I just recently ordered a bunch of parts from re-speed and wanted to get into contact with them to ask them some questions about my order but they never answer their phone or reply back to my emails.

Has anyone worked or talked with the guys @ Re-Speed/SHQE? Just a little concerned about my order and how long it'll take because I ordered something from them a month ago and it still hasn't come in yet..

I think they are banned or are about to be banned because of the same issue you are having. They are taking orders but not delivering them. Do a search on the forum and you will find the later on this.

RE-Speed Lack of Communications

See the link above and you'll have your eyes opened. I apologize in advance, we will see if he ever comes around.

I really Really REALLY need their big brake conversion kit for the rear but I'm not ordering it until they turn around. And if they don't I'll have to fabricate my own parts.

Thank you guys for the responses. I guess I will have to cancel my order and take my money back.

Yeah it's not looking good at this point. He hasn't been banned here yet, mainly because he is never on here in the first place - wouldn't do much good.

To shed some light on the issue, here are some unbiased facts I experienced.

I tried contacting him through:
-2 email addresses (no reply)
-facebook (no reply)
-forum PMs (no reply)
-phone calls (mailbox full, and no answer)

and finally a paypal dispute and eventually a claim.

He replied paypal only when my dispute was escalated into a claim, and even then he only sent them a tracking number and who he shipped the items with.

Note: he didn't ship the items until I had escalated to a claim... I like to think coincidentally.

Cheers,
Kam

How long did you wait until you filed a dispute/claim? I ordered some bushings a month ago that have not yet come in & just ordered front&rear coilover kit and shocks yesterday. I'm thinking I might wait to see if my bushings come in or not and then file a claim for both.

Just FYI, assuming when you say you order shocks you order tokico struts, you may be waiting a VERY long time for these. Tokico U.S.A. is having major distribution issues and had no idea when they will start filling orders again. Everyone in the country is out!! Best bet is order some on ebay from someone that has them.
