Thanks man! I think they would look even better if I could fit my shorter center caps on them since the lip isn't that big but the collars are different. I'm trying to get something made up so that I can use the shorter centercaps. These might go up for sale if my 16 inch meshies fit.

I also have a BRAND new set (in box) for sale right now. 4x114 15x7 offset approx. 0 to +13. Pls pm if interested. Here's a pic of the new ones that have about a 2" lip. Thanks (hope it's not against the rules to mention these here).

Cool man! I might be able to help with some 110 wheels from Japan but I have only seen fins in that pattern once. They were actually for sale here.

Unhappy

Where the CRAP do you guys find mesh wheels for you your fb's?!?!?!? I've been looking for a set to fit my stock SE (4x114.3mm, ~15"x7") for over 4 years now. More common bolt pattern my ***, I could drive about 1 hr and pick up a sweet set of Rikens if I didn't have an SE. Everytime I try searching, all I get are old locked threads from other forums where once upon a time someone had a set for sale...
Suggestions?

You can use this to search all of craigslist at once without having to check individual cities.

http://www.allofcraigs.com/

You can also do a search on google for something like "ssr reverse mesh 114.3" for example. After getting your result, look on the left and you will see these options:

# Any time
# Latest
# Past 24 hours
# Past week
# Past month
# Past year
# Custom range.

Click latest or past week, ect and you will get the most recent posts.

Thanks for info. guys. I tried putting a wanted ad up on this site before, twice, and it never got put up. I do like the enkie's in CA, but they're in CA! I'd hate paying shipping across the country not knowing what you're going to get, it makes me real nervous, you know? Didn't like the ones from the toyota site, i think they were all sold anyway.
What offset do I need for proper fitment of 15x7 on my stock SE? Would the 0 offset enkies work?
What is the safest method for buying/shipping and not getting burned? COD or what? Many thanks for the help.

forgive the hijack

Didn't mean to hijack, and to answer my own question about the 0 offset...NO

Carry on.

Only thing this thread has done to me is make me wish I could find a decent set of low offset oldschool mesh with a 5x4.5 bolt pattern -_-

This just wins. Now that you posted this, I'm about to order tires so I can put my fins back on.

Don't forget to post some pics! For some reason after I got these fins on the car, they didn't look as good to me as I was expecting. I think I need to lower the car some more, the problem is that my exhaust hangs soo low.

How much would you sell them for? Not the new-in-box set, but the used set?

I would probably sell them for no less than 1k as that is at least what I have into them. I paid $600 for the bare wheels with used tires no centercaps, collars, plates or key. I've spent at least $400 on aquiring all of those parts to make the wheels whole (centcaps, key, collars, plates). I'd also be willing to sell just the bare wheels with the tires for $600 as I would have no problem selling the other parts from the wheels.

The NIB fins are now listed at $2350 ( $100 above my cost shipped from Japan). I think they are +13 offset. I might test fit one of these on the SE suspension just to see how they fit. PRobably a great offset for a datsun 510.

I wonder if those centercaps would fit my wheels? The design is basically identical, but I've never even seen nor heard of another set like mine. Would you mind measuring the centercaps maybe?

Can you post a pic of your wheels? They will only fit if they are ssr ex-c as they screw onto the threaded collars. There are tall caps, and short ones. These are tall because that is what the wheels and collars require but I also have short ones laying around.

They are made by Impul, but are pretty much a direct copy of the weds or SSRs I believe.

Hmmm, interesting. I don't think they are SSR's. Those are possibly "Linea Sport" fins, or "Weds" fins. The centercaps wouldn't fit those because they are not threaded.
