Project Rotary Coasters...

Well, the weather has continued to suck here in Indiana. We probably got two inches of snow today and the high was 22 degrees. I am so sick of winter I can't even tell you. So, I decided to take up some of my old hobbies to pass the time. I used to enjoy wood burning quite a bit, and made lots of small decorative trinket type stuff. I decided that I would make some rotary themed drink coasters just for fun. They still need to be stained and polyurethaned but you get the idea.

I'll post some more pictures once I get them done...

Nice work Jamie.
I know what you mean about the snow. Luckily the last 2 weeks we have had a heat wave in the 40's to 50's. :-)

I'm gonna make these a set of four. The two missing coasters will be the FB and the FC.

I was hoping for snow this year...it was a rumour...we were denied, again! When is winter going to get here? I've worn my coat 3 days total and almost wore shorts yesterday...LOL Today it's raining and in a couple of days it will clear up...maybe winter will come then??? Global warming sux in that sense, but at least I don't have to garage my baby!
btw...nice coasters! How 'bout a set with all first gen stuff??? Badges, maybe?

I'm actually considering it pretty heavily. I haven't had much extra cash to spend on the Rx7 lately, and this would fix that. What would you guys pay for a high quality set of four featuring FB, FC, FD, and the Rx7 Logo? The FB and FC would be the same theme as the FD I already did. Does $40 sound reasonable? They will be stained a darker brown and polyurethaned. Each coaster will also have gray felt on the bottom to prevent scratching of furniture...

Can't say I've ever purchased coasters before so I don't know what they are worth haha! I guess that price is fair? I have no idea really. I'd like to see what the FC and FB ones look like...

I'm not familiar with that badge. Is it on an LE or something? I've only owned a bunch of GS's so I'm not familiar with all this rare stuff.

I don't know where that badge comes from. I spotted it on eBay one day browsing. I can't remember what it was on
