Places to rent workspace?
Hopefully I will be able to convince my parents to let me work on my... cars (getting that shell from Justin once we get his engine out and stuff )
But in case I can do that. Does anyone know a good place I could just rent like a small storage or something to work and store the cars in?

Most storage places do not allow you to work on your car. I tried that once. Also ones that were really big enough to put a car in were like >$100 per month..many don't have electricity either.
Best bet is to find a friend, relative, etc. and rent their garage space. Of course, you do have to worry about people stealing or messing with your stuff, so be careful.

Aww man...
Someone should start a business just renting small one or two car garages like a self storage for people who work on cars...
Hmm... Will have to write that down and look for an investor... feel free to steal the idea?

I am renting a two bay for 200 per month, Has full electric and water, But it is a shitty building.
The place never has open spots, you have to wait on someone to leave or put a deposit down and hope someone leaves.

The cost of Land/buidlings makes the required rent so high that it is not worth the time.
