Part Identification

What is the part on the strut tower facing the firewall with a cable coming out of it heading near the back of the carburetor? Can't find it in my fsm... The cable in mine is super loose and I'm not sure if it's having adverse effects on my car

That would be the hot start assist motor and bracket.
