I'm a big fan of flat lips like these autobahn's, IMO, It makes the wheel look bigger than a stepped lip.
I would keep the tire size with 195's due to the low offset (at least until you lower it). With 195's it kinda stretches the tire in just a bit which helps with clearance issues that you might have once lowered.
I can't wait to see your car lowered! It's gonna look sick.

I agree, 15's are the right size for these car's. The style of the wheel/lip also has alot to do with how big they look.
