need help with gsl se.
Hi guys, im actually a s5 TurboII owner but i love all Rotarys'! But my knowledge for the first gen isnt so great when it comes to a GSL SE. Now here's my question, How much can i sell a stock GSL SE that has current tags and was smogged this year/2009? the owner is the second owner of the vehicle and he lives down the street. I have asked him to sell me the vehicle once before but he declined. I know this car is rare but this vehicle is leaking from everywhere but the interior is perfect. The exterior is ok but has some sun damage and dings here in ther nothing that bothers me though. He finally came by today 11/3/09 and asked me if i wanted to buy it. He gave me a price that was good and i countered by offering a trade with an old honda civic. I offered the trade becuase i know he needs a car more than the money and the civic isnt worth as much as the rx7. BUT HE ACTUALLY AGREEED ON THE TRADE! so now i want to know how much i can sell this GSL SE for. I want to sell it to my friend who just has a GSL but he's asking less than $1k and he's not 100% on it. SO MY GAIN IS YOUR GAIN! I live in California, Fullerton area and WHO ever PM's me with a good price can come pick it up. ITS BROWN on BROWN and stock everything!
Any further questions you may PM me anytime.

Depending on the year, Civics are worth more than a GSL SE. I know around here, they'd go for about 2-3k in decent shape where as a 92+ civic in decent shape will fetch about < 3k or more depending on the year.

She runs no problem but again it has high mileage rx7 and i traded a 1988 civic for her so i know what kind of deal i got. Im aware the GSL SE is worth some $$$ and i will be posting pics sometime next week. i got to handle some studying and tests for school first so when i have some free time i will post pics. And im aware since it has high mileage the engine is about to crap out soon. I love my turbo 2 but i have no room for this SE. I got it cuz i know its rare and i (a rotary enthusiast) though that it would be better that i got this car then it end up some where it shouldnt be. Sorry that the pics will lag but again any questions plz feel free to ask. And... no one answered my question.. How much can i sell this GSL SE in southern california. I know pics will aid in the pricing but they will be up later.
