Does anyone still make a FB model car? I want to build one but cant find one anywhere..

the short answer is no. there were two kits produces of an SA by Monogram. the first, produced in 79, was a standard GS model molded in red. ihave it and its tucked away in the closet so i can't get a pic. the other was produced in 81 and was called the Cafe Racer. it was molded in blue and was essentially the same kit as the 79 kit, but it added the fender flares, special wheels, and a front and rear spolier along with different decals. here's a pic of the Cafe Racer kit:

i bought it on ebay in 2005 for like $10! box is crushed but all the pieces are there!!! as soon as my camera finishes charging, i'll open the box and take a pic of the contents.

There was one kit made for the FB, the Tamiya Mazda Savanna RX-7 SE sunroof limited #2416 It is no longer availible but they show up on ebay now and again. It is right hand drive and has no motor.

Got these a while back, I think I paid $20 and $15.
Probably not as good quality as the monogram kits.
I can let the Nitto go for $25 shipped.
I think I'm gonna hang on to the other one for now..
