I got a pat from them a month ago. A "Racing beat" crank pully. But it was not a Racing beat pully and does not fit. When I contacted them, they said return it, but I have no address nor have they givin me one after asking a few times.

I was woundering if anyone knows where they are located, or have a phone number for them.

They do have Wastington NC. but no street address.

I sould have filed a complant with Ebay. But because I was trying to give them time before I reacted. the 45 days was up yesterday. My bad.

If they are now ignoring you, I would still file with eBay. Just make sure you have proof of your electronic correspondence.

As for their physical address in NC, buy something else cheap from them (to another account).
when they ship that - then you'll have their address.

 

Yes I am sure, and I have talked to ebay.

But they have gotten in contact with me. I know it took them a while to ship it in the first place so maybe they just move slow.

Anyways, I have shipped the part back. So we will see what happens.
