I have an 85 GSL-SE that needs some work. The dash lights wont work, the headlights go up but not down, and it is running rough at high RPM's.

Can anyone advise if there is someone local to the Northern Virginia Area (preferred) or in the the Washington DC area who knows a 1st Gen Mechanic that might be able to help me? My regular mechanic cannot fix it.
