MN 1st gen shop

So i'm looking to get a 1st gen 7 and my mechanic (also my brother-in-law) will not work on rotories so i either buy something else or find a shop/person i can trust... any thoughts?

PS I live in the Northwest suburbs of MN hence why the shop sticky didn't help me at all
