I have been parts gathering for my restoration on the #1140 Spark Yellow SA.

A few weeks ago I got into a late bidding war on a bunch of NOS stuff, the prized part of the auction being a never installed set of tail lamp lenses. Wondering if it was Divingdriver, Stu, or Rotarydude? Just won some more stuff today and had a last minute challenger as well.

So - door pieces? nice, but you need the black inside door releases to stay True to your Cause don't you?, not the later chrome ones... (just sayin')

Yeah, we both were going after a IMSA poster last year at 7stock.

 

I been using hammersnipe to get all my parts so I know it isnt me. I could really use tail lights that never been used though

 

Not me. Nothing wrong with my tail lights, and I don't have the room/budget to properly hoard NOS that I'm not going to actually put on the car. I barely manage to store my second-best spares collection.

 

what is NOS stuff?

 

New Old Stock. New old OEM stuff still in factory packaging that isnt being made anymore

it wasn't me i have been saving my pennies i bought the 2nd coolest Rx2 in the world but it will cost me about 50k to restore it

just what DOES the 1st-COOLEST-RX2 look like?? - and the 2nd?

the coolest Rx2 was built by Car and Driver and mazda owns it.

The second coolest...... well until it gets in the door of the shop no pics will be posted. Deal was made money changed hands but we have to get it shipped still. I will only say that I was honored to be offered this car and the oppertunity to bring her back.
