Yea sounds stupid. And there is no Buy it now option. If he would say that's his reserve price that's one thing.

Also an auction that was over earlier today. A dumbass was selling a one eye'ed roller for $3500 buy it now. It had one headlight up. Looked like the front in was wreaked and poorly reparied (headlight alignment screwed up). Bad paint, poor interior and OH boy a header and strut bar. The rats nest was still on it.

i sent the seller an email asking why it was only 7000 maybe it was a typo or something

Im betting it was a scam. Items RARELY get removed. Ive been scammed twice by items being removed (got my money through paypal though).

Was his email an @yahoo.com?

Argh I just read a thread in 3rd gen where the dude was offered a near mint 92 for $2500 and he said 60k was too many miles.

What's wrong with people nowdays? B.S. detector goes off often...
