I sold it...
Yes sadly, my parents deemed my car too hazardous to daily drive while away at college, so they decided to buy me something a little more reliable. Plus it was my birthday and I'm graduating soon. I tested out many of the cars I have been curious about, and finally landed on a nice little red Mazda 3. No Mazdaspeed I'm afraid as even the standard hatchbacks where past my budget, but I must say the sedan still makes for a nice drive. Catch was, to get the 3 down to my asking price, I had to trade in the FB.
I was sad to see it go, and I think it drove better than it ever did on the way to the dealership (except maybe for when I changed the spark plugs). I'm not sure what will become of it, but if there is anyone close by to Oklahoma City, it may still be at the Bob Moore Mazda dealership.
I never did take any more pictures of it... If anyone does manage to get a hold of it, I pulled off the rubber moldings that go around the side, and I still have them.
Oh, and I did fix the oil leak, if anyone remembers that thread.

Have RX-7, will restore

sorry you got rid of the old girl. 7's are very reliable daily drivers, been driving them for 10 years. i would have kept the car as a reliable backup, as the dealer probably didnt give you much for the car. its value as a toy would have far outweighed the monatary value given to you from the stealership.

I was told it already sold. I hope someone is putting it to good use.

I am forced to sell mine because of the economy. My income is shrinking and need to cut pet projects. But it was a nice 2nd dance with rotary romance.
Congrats on your 3.

I did the opposite. I BOUGHT an RX7 a week before I started college, where it promptly broke and has been sitting ever since. I hate waiting on parts
I really hope the dealer doesn't take the car for the state refund and have it destroyed.
