I have a chance to buy some used streetported 12a irons. I was just wondering about how much I should pay for them. Any input would be helpfull. Thanks guys.

 

They need to be resurfaced to be used again right?

More details please. Have they been lapped, or need lapping? Step wear? Who ported it and with what streetport? Etc.

 

They are a set of used 12a housings that appear to have no damage or excissive wear. As for the streetport I do not know what template was used (if any) but the guy that I would buy them from has a rotary shop with a 9sec RX3 with the same machinist used to port his 13b turbo. Would $300 sound like something fair for all three. Thanks for all your guys help.

 

if you can build your engine you can port some irons yourself.
i have a racing beat template you could use.
if you mess you can pickup another set from me for a case of heinies.
