I couldnt find a used SA bumper molding so i went the universal route. I dont think it looks bad at all.

Link?

Its one inch wide, the wider stuff had chrome on it and I wasnt a huge fan of that. Its mostly there to cover the holes in the bumper.

i like it alot! it cleans up the look much better. It would really compliment the tucked bumper many of us are doing.

I saw that re-speed was doing that, but thats one thing that i cant do on this car due to the sa front bumper on a fb. If it tucked the side molding would look funky. i already had to trim the rubber ends to fit flush.

Here is how the car looks with the sa bumper on fb fenders.

yeah, there is a reason I ordered 1.5" if you go 2" you run out of ribs to cut.

no. I haven't done it yet. I compressed my shock to see how far it went in then measured the ribs. if you cut the ribs you get about 2.25" to work with but if you do 2" you will need to cut on the rib instead of the valley. at 1.5" you can remvove 2 ribs and it will look stock.

Remove some of the ribs in the middle and put the rounded end back on using
something to back it do it stays together. Then it will look kind of stock when you
tucxk the bumper.

Anyone have pics of SA tucked bumpers? Not sure I've ever seen em.

I have mixed feelings about the look.

Here are a couple pics of my front bumper tuck. I tucked mine in 2 inches, it's as far as it would go without having to cut into the bumper, shocks, or chassis.
