HAYASHI WHEELS Refinish and Install
I just got my Hayashi 503s aka Perrier wheels back from refinishing. Here are some pics...
here are the BEFORE PICS...
now the REFINISH!
The 411: 15x7 with a +4 offset all around.
Faces are painted Gun Metal Grey with metallic flake then clear coated
Lips are basic full polished
They are sitting on Kumho tires with a "fake" staggered
195/50 in front
205/50 in rear
on the car....
not quite HELLA FLUSH...but close...
now that I know how the wheels fit, I think the next set of tires I get I will go for a stretch and get a smaller width. The rear rubs so I need to roll the fenders. It does not run crazy...but it does rub. If anyone in so cal has a fender roller PM me..I would love to get them done the right way and not use a bat!
My THANK YOUS!
P-Nut and Johnny from R-Power for the wheels.
and Eli at Fast Forward Wheels. If you guys need wheels or refinishing def give Eli a call and give him a chance for your business. Straight up no tricks and let his work speak for itself. Also he is local in So Cal so that helps...but he also ships nationwide. www.fastforwardwheels.com
I am happy!

Yes the gun metal color has different shades and each place has their own version. I chose this as it was dark enough for the classic look but the metallic flake gives it a nice pop. I am very very happy.
Hey P-Nut..thanks again for the wheels. Please tell Johnny I said thank you as well. I may be calling him soon for some service work. I will be in touch!

Thanks for all the kind words.
As for upkeep the shop said just dont use any harsh chemicals on the wheels and it should be fine. Normal soap and water and maybe once a month or every 6-8 weeks use a mild polish. Mother's maybe too harsh as Mothers works great for bringing old wheels back to shine. Since my wheels are clean already, I am going to use a milder polish just for upkeep.
