frame problem

so about 4 or 5 year's ago i was on ice without stud's and i hit a telephone pole going about 5mph.

well bumber went flying off.

so now there is two mount's of the frame that come out and hold the bumper on. Well one of them is bent at about a 30 deg. angle.

any idea's how to fix this,And i dont not want to get a whole new shell just for this.

i will try to get some pic's for you guys.

If I assume correctly, you are talking about the bumper shock absorbers. A frame shop can take care of it for like $400 by strapping your car to a frame jig and pulling it out to straighten everything. In fact, if that is the ONLY thing that got bent up, it'll probably cost even less. I hit a concrete guard rail at 35mph and it only cost me 400 to get the frame done. Make it easier on yourself by removing the bumper, header panel, bonnet, and the like to cut down on the labor cost. Hope that helps.

If it's just the bumper absorber, you can take it out and replace it. Or if it's a portion of the unibody you do need to take it to a frame shop to get everything squared back up as good as possible.
