Could the flooding while running be due to the low compression after the rebuild? I scored a original unmolested nikki that I have taken the original needles and seats from to see if that cancels my flooding while running. Will repost the results

 

Well got it to run good at 2500 rpms for 8 min and then I shut it down, now when I shut it down and it's hot it won't start.
