Drink driving

Hey guys well I recently sold my series 2 rx7 to this young guy who hadnt owned a rota before, I think he hasnt really drivin a rear wheel car before but it was mint aye, I did a resto paint job on it, Mean 13inch modgees, Mint 13b bridgeport, I spent so many hours on this car it was hard to give away ya know? Anyway the dude only had it for 4 months and i get a phone call from him today asking if I had any paint left for it. I was like na man I dont i would have to mix up some more for ya whys that I asked? He went all quiet and I oh I just crashed it last night man into a tree doing donuts drunk!. I was so fucken pissed off man that i called him a few bad words etc even tho i dont own it, it still just got to me aye. Anyways so i said well ill come have a look at it for ya man and tell ya what the bizz is. Went over there its its fucked aye i couldnt believe my eyes the front bumper is V shape now the top nose panel its smashed the radiator suport panels is bent the lower bar thats between the chassi rails is bent backwards the modgee is bent, the front of the bonnet it bent, and then he tells me that when he got outa the car he was pissed off so he decides to kick in the front guard!?!? whats up with that, thats just fucken stupid **** man. This car was so mint when i had it now look whats happend some young dude gets it cains it now its smashed. He tells me that hes getting the bumper repaird haha whatever, tells me that hes getting the front bar bit between the rails pulled and welded up. He doesnt know what hes gone and done, Im an Automotive Refinisher and ive been doing for a while now and I know when i see something that you cant just smack it out and its mint it just doesnt work like that!. So now he wants me to respray the front on it now after he gets it panel beated. This car needs to be put onto a chassi machine and pulled out, the chassi rail is bent inwards about and inch. It just annoys me that you spend most of your own time doing up your car and getting it mint then something like this happens. anyway ill stop boring you guys, ill put some pics up so u can see.

Wow, that totally sucks to see all your hard work go down the tubes because of someone being stupid. I keep hoping that I'll never find any reason to sell my 7. If I were you I'd teach him a bit of a lesson, and tell him he's on his own. Unfortunatly that way he'll end up getting it done half assed.

I didnt have to sell it man, but I also have and fd that i wanted to do up and I couldnt get the funds anyway else ya know, Thats what he was like when he was looking at it saying " yeah man it will be going to a good home ill look after it etc etc". Yeah man it was mint took me a few years but it was worth it. Yeah it is repairable but it will take hours to do, He just seems to think he can pay some backyard panelbeater $200 to pull it out and **** like that and it will be mint haha no idea man!. I dont think it wil drive ever the same now, and here in Nz its getting hard to get the good bumpers and **** for them, it is a series 2 with series 3 bumbers and grill.

The green is a factory mazda colour called Mach green, but I reformulated and changed it around a little to give it a better effect than standard.

That sucks. Lucky he's ok. I get somewhat attached to cars. But at the end of the day if you can walk away from them it's just a machine. That being said... he does deserve to be punish for it. If anything for with DUI.

Anybody who drives after drinking is a f*^$wit, it's not a surprise that it's illegal now and you put everybody on the road at risk because you are stupid and selfish, I hate what happened to the car but he deserves it.

Are you kidding me, put everyone else using the road at risk because of your own problems, that is the most selfish thing you could do, it is never right to drink and drive period.

I am just happy no child was standing by that tree when the fool drove into it.

It's not like its a new law guy.
