Ok here's what happened the car drove up to the gas station and I went inside and then it wouldn't cut on again. Try to turn the key no radio or no signs of power check te battery it's good but the lights will come on (go up and on an will cut off but not retract) what could cause this? I'm waiting for the tow truck right now

 

it sounds like an issue that I have with my FB sometimes. Did you replace one of your battery cable terminals with one of those universal terminals? They can cause shorts and not allow power to make it to the rest of the car.

 

Yeah. I'd put money on there is a short on the cable terminals. I had that same problem. I'd just jiggle the positive wire and it'll cut on. I just replaced it and have been fine ever since.

 

I would check the fusible links. One is the main. One is the headlights, and one is the headlight retractor.

i went out
wiggled the fusible link wire and the fan and everything cuts on =]

i hate the tow bill but **** atleast it wasn't the starter or ignition or anything

now im just gonna try to use my spare and if it is too shitty im going to buy another to solve the problem
