I bought this a LONG time ago. Never installed it. I took some pictures of it to show what wiring it has on it. Are gauge cluster swaps hard to do if you've never done it before? I read some threads about people doing it, doesn't seem that easy and can actually be a pain. This one actually has a switch to turn on the LEDs and change it's colors.. I believe when I bought it the guy said only blue works.

 

you can do it.. its not that bad. un bolt the steering colum and let it hang. unpluging the stuff in the back is a pain a bit but not to bad.

 

I bought that kit. Still haven't installed it. If money weren't an issue, I think I would be leaning toward a setup like below, with Autometer Nexus Gauges. (I know it's not an RX-7)

its easy man!! ill do it for you for my carb. lol! seriously though, its just a few screws. 2 big plugs, 2 little ones and the speedo cable. the 2 big ones could be a bitch, mine were. bring it by. lets do this!!

those Defi gauges are pretty pricey, not to mention the electronics that go along with them! i'm personally not a fan of the white faced gauges on the FB's...
