Carburetor change?

Makes sense. I just didn't know what it did so many years ago so it got removed. Now that you say something I do notice a bit of bucking under engine deceleration while I'm under 2.5k rpms. But I just clutch in at that point; I mean at that low rpm you might as well be idling and using brakes. Climbing or cruising at any rpm (sub1k-infinity) is fine. I guess if I had to do it over sure I'd leave it, but too late now
