I know far more about rotaries than I do piston engines. It's way cheaper and easier for me to do a rotary in a 1st gen.

For torque, I'd do a 20B before a V8 any day.

 

id deffinatly go with a 4g63 6 bolt. its been around for over 20 years and parts are everywhere. not to mention you can make over 400 hp with very little money. hell, you can take a stock eclipse and spend 600 dollars and 2 hours work and gain another 100 hp over stock. do that with any other car. those engines are damn reliable and get great gas milage as long as you stay out of boost. im really temped to put one in my fb. just cause its cheaper than a 20b.
