Anyone order from ebay seller rtperformance118

Does anyone have any experience with eBay seller rtperformance118? They have a this stainless steel clutch line for $14.99 + $12.00 shipping. Shipping is way to much in my opinion. Do I buy this or go with the RB one or someone else???

IMO, the seller's feedback is NOT very good! Just looking at the feedback for last 200 transactions said a lot to me....almost 100% of negative / neutral feedbacks were shipping related. I PERSONALLY would not buy from the seller unless I ABSOLUTELY needed/wanted that item.

I am a frequent eBay seller, and have not rec'd a neg/neutral feedback in 3+ years...for this guy to get 9 in the past 6 months says something too.

is $30 shipped (more expensive) but looks to be a more dependable seller.....your choice on the eBay route,
Good Luck!

1) An SS line will expand less under pressure than the stock rubber line, which should give better control at the pedal - - less wasted leg effort. Same as with brake lines.

2) Physically stronger so less likely to fail... though I've bever heard of anyone blowing out a clutch hose.

3) They look nice.

I saw that one also. Looks like a much better seller. I went ahead and ordered one from Racing Beat. It was $22 + $7 shipping. At least with Racing Beat, you know what you're getting and the price was inline with these eBay sellers.

2) usually they get kinked when the slave gets put on, you have to tighten the bottom of the hose and then the top. twisting the hose = eventual failure

i have the RB unit and i'm extremely pleased with it. i personally would stick with a more reputable brand over over wondering what kind of quality this line is or how reputable the seller. just my opinion though.

personally i wouldnt buy any of those....i get all my lines/hoses from "the parker store" in phx, az...they hand make each line custom to fit, send them a stock rubber one and they will make it in stainless steel..any color you want, any type of fitting you want, would cost you idk $20 shipped tops

Shipping has gone up quite a bit in the recent year. Whatever you think it is going to cost, it seems the actual price is double.
