ads.rx7club.com
Anyone else having a page on RX7Club load forever? I get the whole page content loaded so I can scroll and whatnot, but it seems to never stop loading, last thing I see is "Transferring data from ads.rx7club.com". Anyone else getting this? It isn't affecting anything on screen, just forever to load the complete page.

Tried it on 2 different computers and they both load slow. Maybe server maintenance.
This add-on is much better.

Ever been annoyed by all those ads and banners on the internet that often take longer to download than everything else on the page? Install Adblock Plus now and get rid of them.

I hated those too. I manually deleted them for the longest time, but I found this a few weeks ago. It's a mozilla add on called Ghostery, it turns off all the green links found anywhere in the web. Pretty awesome:

got it stu. found it in the options. no more green links. thanx.
It's always funny to me, because despite Google basically taking over the web with their strategy, other companies still insist on serving up irritating ads that flash and move and get in the way and slow down my browser. If all ads were relevant and unobtrusive like Google's, I'd be much less inclined to block them. Heck, I might even click on a few.
You can also block them manually by editing your hosts file.
