1jz into my first gen

i have a1978 Mazda rx7 with the rotary in it that still runs , but soon will be on its last hours , so I’m thinking about a 1jz swap in it ? Can it be done and how hard it is compared to going v8

Anything is possible especially if you have the tools to be able to adapt your own parts. Good friends that can help is ideal. See if you can find threads that others have taken that path before. If not just, see what info you can and make an educated guess if it is possible. Don't be the guy that spends couple grand and you figure out you've hit a major roadblock. Good lucks to you!
