Albuquerque NM- Chris' RX7
Thought I'd post some pics of my RX7 I bought new in 1979.
I remember the days when I saw bad weather coming and rode my motorcycle so I could leave my RX7 home in the garage.
My RX7 is all original and only has 55K original miles.
I am looking for others who have 1979 or 1980 RX7's in New Mexico

Thanks for the compliment!
I had the original seats reupholstered. The New Mexico sun can be tuff on interior vinyl seats.
The car was garaged most of its life, but the vinyl seems to get brittle and crack.
The rest of the interior has done well.

My 79 SA
The wheels are off an 82 and rubber for autocross this year, just on for the photo. Not DOT tires. My summer daily driver but fitted with the original waffles and blah rubber. This looks much better and sticks to the road. These tires pick up all the gravel and are 20 inches high which improves the gearing for autocrossing. All mine needs are some better seats.
Love seeing all the great looking first gens.
