you'll fit in the recaro's, I'm 6'1" 270 and fit in them snuggly, but comfortably.

How do the seats feel after an hour of seating on them? Do they provide extra leg clearance around the steering wheel?

not my car, but in the 30 minutes that I rode in them, I was still comfortable. Despite not being adjustable, the seatback was at a very comfortable angle and it did provide extra leg room with the stock steering wheel. You're in virginia, how far from IRP are you? Rich has the spirit r recaros in his car, might want to get in touch with him to see for yourself.

Here is a picture of the shaved antenna. Love the updated look. Don't mind the mess, rearranging my garage.

Gordon, I was on the fence about running without a wing but I knew I didn't want the OEM wing. Tire of the look and I get annoyed when I have to wax around it then remove the wax build up under it. I did order a Shineauto lopro wing but so far I really like clean look.

This is pissing me off. This is either a $50 fix or a $300 fix. Will find out today when I get off work. I fix 2 things then break one. Trying to get this fix to break ratio up.

that's shitty, take the door handle apart and remove the tumbler for the key, once you're there I don't know how the chunk of key will come out.

Next thing after getting the key issue fix, get another PPF or get this one fixed.

Just got my Shine Auto Lo Pro wing. I guess I'm supposed to use 3M double sided body tape to attach it?

When I get home tomorrow, I will take some picture for you. The fitment was awesome. No issues there. When I first installed it I was regretting getting the spoiler. I went out to my son's baseball game when I came back, I washed the car (had tree sap on it) and got to really look at the car and I liked the look, especially when you step back and take a good look.

How did you plug up the holes for where the stock R1 spoiler was??

Or did the body shop do that?

Was thinking of going with a tail light lip and taking off the R1 spoiler.

The body shop did it for me along with the antenna hole. They got welded shut.

Tints is on the "to do" list but can't choose what shade to go with.

35% is good.

50% is legal but too light.

35% is good even at night. At will still look dark in the day, if your interior is black.

I have 20% on my DD and its pretty dark. Not as dark as a normal 20% because my interior is a light color but at night, you cant see anything from the outside. Its hard to park the car at night too so be careful in going 20% or even darker.

I have 35% on my Ti Grey Mazdaspeed 6 and it is perfect but don't know how it will go with a black car.

I am a fan of 20%, and its what I have on my black Speed6 and my 7. On black 20% looks good + its legal here in OK.

Are you going with purpose or just looks?

I think 20% will look awesome on a black FD. My dd is black too and i have 20%. People at work call my car the drug dealer car lol.

35% might be a little light for a black car, depending on the look you're going for.

But if you wont get harassed and if you dont mind a little trouble at night, then 20% is probably perfect for you.

On my last FD I had this but I'm not sure if it is 20% and it was too dark for my taste.
