Great video. car looks like it hooks up pretty well.

Just one comment and this applies to many of you track day guys, the way that the shoulder harnesses are mounted is really wrong and very dangerous. They angle downwards at a pretty sharp angle behind the drivers shoulders. I totally understand why they are mounted this way as its the easiest way to mount them without a cage, but you just can't do this.

If you had an accident bad enough where you would need the harnesses to actually work, the angle they are on would compress the spine very severely and cause structural spine damage that could result in mobility issues. Go to the CASC or SCCA website and look in the GCR's under harnesses and cages. you will see that there is a range of allowable angles for the shoulder harness mounting points, basically close to 90 degrees off the top of the shoulder.

In a car without a cage, get a harness bar to go across the car from piller to piller and mount the harness to that. Just some advice as someday I would hate to read about one of you guys getting hurt because of something simple like this.

Eric

Thanks ken! Ohh are you comig out to all 4 sigma track days? with that sexy beast!!! And youll deff see my fc out this year!

Hey eric yea we knew the cons on the harness install wasnt smart but ehh.. This year bosomode civic got a 4 point bolt in from auto power! So im lending them my 5 point sparco 3 inch harness for the time beaing untill i can get a cage!! Rigt now im rocking stock seatbelt hahaha so i guess thts fine! thanks eric for the lecture it opens people eyes on stuff like this! Best regards pat

I'm sure we meet before but dam are you a short guy? How can you have so much room above your head? I can't fit at all. Maybe cause its a civic! Mind you I have a sunroof above my head so this causes less room.

Matts rotory crazy,
Not many meets anymore. Mostly track days for me and DGRR. I think a few people meet up a bit in parking lots but I have not went to one of those in a while...

Talking update:)

Pictures, Parts, Progress Update!!!!!
What i am Making for my centre Console and my few parts i got in the mail!!!

So what did i get?
-Yellow TRS tow straps (2)
-Solid aluminium Engine and tranny mounts
-Fibre glass kit for my Centre console

My girl friend (Sara) got me:
-KENS AMAZING WHITE FD ON THE COVER OF MODIFIED !!! was looking every where for this...
-The turtle's for valentines day!

Here is my centre console i am making for my gauge holder (this is just a mold for the FRP) Front cover i still havnt decided on how to arrange my gauges so we will see ill keep you guys posted!

The reason for this is because i need to put my gauges some where they wont bother me like the dash i need to see the track not gauges thats why i am making this and spent more $ for warning lights and better gauges to have warnings and peaks

Stay tuned
