Tial 60mm gate springs

im wanting to know if i can get bigger springs for the tial 60mm gate, the website only lists 1 bar max, but my delema is im looking to do 40 psi ,
if all is well with my exhaust design, is the 1 bar springs enough
Ive searched but found many threads similar but not specific enough

haha sorry i don't mean to say i want 40 psi of springs in my wastegate, just somewhere in the low to mid 20s would be better as my low boost im looking to be off the gate pressure minimum spring zone , i dont want gate creep as a factor

we tried that on our other car and it was too violent on the opening and closing of the valve, it just opened and dumped the inlet of air, flat spotted and then took off again, and it was a pulsation effect all the way , i suppose we would have had to try different pop valves for better/smoother control but fuckn too hard and not time we wish to waste when a simple exhaust gate is easily tuned

that was on our twin turbo PP setup with no exhaust wastegate just a 35mm gate on the inlet plenum , to be sure we are talking about the same thing mate

i dont think you would get that pulsing effect with a exhaust gate , and thanks enzo, i knew i should have asked you since i did buy it from you

Hey Beefy,
I run the v60 with both the blue smaller and blue larger spring, which are the highest you can get, and the wastegate holds rock steady at 20lbs (1.36 bar).

cool thanks mate, that would be my first gear launch boost though, as im then planning to feed it in more and more on the Eboost down the track , and that is when i thought it may be a bit iffy on the two blue springs that i have as well .
Time will tell , if it dont work there is a way to fix anything i suppose
