hmm... thinking about it now. why would you want a hard top if you have a vert? I mean the convertible top's structure is pretty strong haha. and I really think it looks nice just the way it is.

Well, it's sorta like the hard top for the Miata thing, it's just a preference. I personally like being able to drop the top at anytime, and not have to worry about finding a spot for the hard top to go.

i also think hardtop tops are nicer looking, color matched, and safer when the car is parked.... any douch with a hobby knife can break into a vert with a soft top in 30 seconds! a hardtop adds a security feature!

if anyone does have any info, id love to know as well

Plus most soft tops are already fucked up and usually around 700 to get it replaced.

Any links to a site that offers them? Or a manufacturer's name?

^^ looks custom made
the 7 doesnt have any way for a hard top to attach to the rear of the car. Miatas have those two little chrome strips that the hard top fastens to.
For that reason I would say that there are no hardtops for the convertible.

There's a reason the pictures of that hardtop are low resolution and small. I've seen larger pics and the owner literally took a mold of the oem top and it looks hilariously bad.

I was going to say.... I mean it has all the lines of a convertible top in it.. almost looks like a bright red leather convertible top more than a hardtop
