Anybody have a Greddy Elbow w/ flange?

I was considering buying the greddy elbow that conects to the throttle body on the rx7store.net, but I wanted to know one thing first. It says it is meant for a greddy BOV, whereas I have a blitz already. I am not to keen on spending $180 for something I already have. If anyone could let me know if it will mate up with this elbow, or does anybody want to buy a Blitz BOV? hehe.
Thanks

P.s. The guy that owned my car before me had the BOV put in, I believe he simply replaced the stock one with the aftermarket, is this common practice? I usually see them either on an aftermarket IC or this elbow, I was also wondering what was to become of the stock BOV location(piping) if it was added somewhere else? 2 BOV's?

The elbow will only work with the Gretty Type S BOV. Its a tight fit on that side and the Greddy is the only one that fits.
