Some of you old heads might remember, but one day back at Bithlo I had the chance to race her, twice, right after she got her Supra and before she was big time. It was probably '01 IIRC. My car was pretty close to stock, just a SMIC, PFC, intake and exhaust.
I totally clowned her on the first run, looked over at her after the launch then floored it and took off.
On the second run some of my buddies had a couple dollars on the run so I didn't play, the only one I can remember by name is Juan, I always used to call him Microtech Juan because he had one in his FC and he talked about it a lot. Well little did we know the Titan Motorsports guys had done a couple quick tricks after losing to the rotor and raised her boost as high as it could go on her mostly stock setup. I launched hard, looked over and she was only a fender back. I though "holy ****, she's gonna beat me!".
Well as you all know, the 7 CAN'T LOSE! and I crossed the line a tenth or two ahead. I wonder if she still remembers that? Maybe that encouraged her to turn her car into what it is now. I though maybe kicking her *** would get me in good with her, but she didn't seem to appreciate it. Fond memories of Orlando for sure.
