Get 'em while they're young, I always sez...

Congrats and welcome aboard! Now, what's the name and what year RX-7 did you get...? When did you first fall in love?

Thanks for filling in the blanks, Jake! That was a neat story...I never thought about the video games featuring the FDs bringing people into the rotary fold! Wild...

Nice car... First things first, Upgrades!

I'm not talking about fooling with the turbo or bigger fuel injectors or anything... You should work on the squishy thing you put between the seat and the steering wheel and the pedals.

Get your license and get that puppy to an AutoCross track. You will learn how to handle the car like nothing else and it's good clean fun so that you don't screw around on the streets.

He's not the only one. Gran Turismo 2 was the reason I bought an FB when I was 16.

Welcome to the forum, Jake. Nice-looking TII you've found yourself.

ahhhhh 1st love!!

Jake, I've had mine since July '78 - the '79 rx7 "s" model. My wife and I bought MY car on our honeymoon - I think she suspects something! Be a proud owner and take care of your 7!! I have to part with mine after 31 years.......the car, not my wife!

Good choice on the TII. My first car was two 87 TII's that I had to swap the motors between when I was 15. If you have issues don't sell it, you'll regret it like I do every day. Good luck and take care of it, they're a lot of fun.
