Okay here we go everybody,

Hi my name is mike im from vancouver wa, i own a 1988 RX7 with a street ported 13b rotary engine, my problem is that i got this car from my sister, and she said that it had apex seal problems but my sister doesnt know very much about cars at all so i decided to diagnose myself, so it wont start it floods extremely bad, i tried advancing the timing but that doesnt work, the only way that this car will start is if you go underneath the hood crimp the fuel line going into the system and limit the fuel then it will start right up, i have already replaced the spark plugs the oil, so i dont know where to look next i mean i am thinkin that it might have something to do with the fuel pressure regulator but i dont know please help me
