Best Apex seals for a NA?

What is the best apex seals for a NA? 3 piece? 2 piece? Brand? Any info would be great. Thanks

Stock. No need to get fancy unless wickedly streetported and your timing is advanced. Mabye some FD seals, spring, and corner seals.

If you don't want to see the inside of the motor for along time, i'd go with the stock mazda apex seals. If you plan on spinning the crap out of it, i'd go with some carbon apex seals. They take rpms very well, but have life span of about 50k miles. They are also very gental to rotor housings. CJ
