hmmm you mean rebuild one right? I don't think any shops in LA has a brand spankin new one in stock. Unless you want Mazdatrix to build you one.

Otherwise, the postwhores will direct you to the local Rotary shops such as RRR, RMS, JRX Engineering, or Lucky7's.

There is NO better rebuild shop than RR&R in Santa Ana. There is a reason he ships engines all over the world and has been for the 20+ years I've known them. The only one that does the rebuilds is Nick, the owner.

Close second choice is to have John at Mazdatrix build it for you.

A lot of other places you may be referred to can rebuild engines. But they're all rookies in comparison.

Have to disagree with that 100%. I've been around for 20+ years with rotaries and I can tell you that the shops you mentined above are NOT the only ones who can do a good rebuilt.

I didn't mean to say they were the only ones that can do a good rebuild. Just saying none more experienced or with longer running positive reputations for their rebuilds as they hold. If for only those two reasons I recommend them first and foremost.

The fact that rotorheads from overseas have them do their rebuilds despite the added cost of not cheap shipping speaks loads as to their workmanship. How many other shops around here can make that claim?
