Hey everyone!

I purchased a 1992 JDM RX-7 a few weeks ago.

While flushing the coolant this past weekend, I believe that I may have spotted dual oil coolers on my car. I saw found the radiatior, an AC cooler, the intercooler, and two smaller cooler cores behind each of the bumper vents below the headlights (see pic below)



Did the JDM RX-7s come with dual oil coolers stock?

is your car an automatic? if so one is a tranny cooler. not sure why it would have dual oil coolers vut who knows

 

My jdm does... Type r efini.

 

If it is a Auto, then the cooler is a trans cooler.

If you have a 5 speed and twin coolers then they are Oil coolers

 

Yeah its a 5 speed efini so I guess I do have dual oil coolers! SWEEET!
