water and seafoam carbon reduction

ok ive been reading alot about this but still not clear yet...i was wondering how much water do you use and how much seafoam do you use if you want to clean the rotor housings....i heard a liter of water and use one of the vacuum lines on the intake manifold...but how much seafoam do u use the whole bottle? and how long should this take should i suck up all the sea foam first and then all the water should i suck the water up and take a break suck some more and take another break so on .... some one please help i dont want to hurt the motor or foul out any plugs...

Best way Ive found is to dump some seafoam into the spark plug holes and let it sit overnight. Then crank engine over by hand (its not hard) then start it up and let the engine clear out. It'll smoke like hell so dont do it in your garage lol. Next, put remaining seafoam into gas tank and drive around normally. I havent done the water thing only seafom so can only help with that.
