Megasquirt'ed Car Vids

Heres mine, the video is terrible because I was driving and filming.

This is a 12A Streetport with TII Throttle body running MS2e1.0.2. Standard primaries and Seimens 870cc secondaries.

I just made a video, but the problem is that it's 446 mb, and photobucket only allows up to 100 mb. It's also over 5 mins long. Looks like I'll have to make another one that's under a minute

I have a mint dash sitting under my house, so its no big problem. I am way more concerned getting and keeping the car running so I can use it.

Cool... I had an 85 that I used a lot, had 4.44 gears too. That gear ratio makes a huge difference. What is your take on performance improvements over running a weber or holley carb now that you are squirting your 12a? I never got to play with an NA 12a with squirt but Im dying to give it a try. Its like rotary history stopped in 85 for 12as with carbs. I love to see more fuel injected 12a

I've never driven a 12A with anything other than a relatively standard nikki carby. I drove a S4 turbo motor with a modded nikki and 4.4s as well.

I find the TII throttle bodies much nicer to drive. Because the secondaries are mechanical I can stomp it at 2000rpm and it will go. Its also good because I don't have 20kpa of pressure drop at 6500rpm. I have about 1.5kpa pressure drop all the way to about 7500rpm
