ErnieT asked if I would post a link in this section as he thought some would be interested.

For those unfamiliar with the event it is an overall shootout between RX-7s, Supras, 300zxs, and now the GTRs. On Friday we rent out "Little Talladega" road coarse. On Saturday we go to Steel 1/4 mile dragstrip and have a show and shine, Drag competition, and also a mobile dyno. Last year was the first year for the event and we had a great turnout, this year I expect the even to nearly double in size.

A rx7 won the road coarse last year, but the supras dominated the rest of the competition. Hopefully that will change this year with a better turnout from the rotary crew.

Of course the competition between the Japanese supercars is a lot of fun but the real fun is getting to hang out with everyone and checking out different cars. I know ErnieT is planning on coming down this year and hopefully you guys can get a caravan together and make a fun long weekend out of the event.

sorry anthony, this is only open to cars that can make the drive down to the event. you do realize that its more than a 20 minute drive from home right?

well you dont need to worry about the gtr's. if thay race on a non nissan course thay void warranty. so 7 for the win
